The cozy "Tiny House" we stayed in was a brilliant concept, offering a tranquil retreat with a fully equipped kitchenette and a wonderfully prepared breakfast awaiting in the fridge for the next day. The welcoming atmosphere heightened by Alexander, the host's son, ensured a warm and inviting experience. The shared bathrooms were impeccably clean, and the room overlooked the breathtaking black beach with its diverse birdlife, a nature lover's paradise.The sun terrace and garden with sea views provided the perfect backdrop for enjoying the stunning scenery while savoring a barbecue onsite. The attention to detail, from the free toiletries to the well-maintained facilities, truly elevated our stay amidst the rugged landscapes of Iceland.Exploring the area was a breeze with tours/ticket assistance available, and the option for hiking in close proximity added to the allure of the accommodation. Our short stay left us yearning for more, promising a longer and more immersive experience on our next visit to this enchanting corner of the world at The Castle.
